My Doctrinal Statement

The Bible

The Bible consists of 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 books in the New Testament. The canon is complete. There is no new revelation (Revelation 22:18-19). Plenary (Full, Absolute) Authority - Sole Authority for Faith and Practice (Isaiah 8:20; 1 Peter 1:23-25)

1. Inspiration (God Breathed) - In the Original Writings (2 Timothy 3: 16 - 17)
2. Inerrancy - Without Error (Psalms 12:6)
3. Infallible - The Scriptures are incapable of teaching any error or being wrong (1 Peter 1:19, Psalm 19:7)
4. Preservation - I believe God has preserved His Word in the Hebrew Masoretic Text (Old Testament), in the Greek Textus Receptus (Erasmus 1522, Stephens 1550, Beza 1598) (New Testament) and in Latin (The Old Latin Vulgate of 157 A. D.) I believe that the King James Bible (AV-1611 translation - 1769 version) is the only translation in the English language that is the pure Word of God, a Translation of the Preserved Word of God. (1 Peter 1:25, Psalms 12:7, Matthew 24:35, Isaiah 40:8)

I believe with evidence shown that the current arrangement of the Books of the Bible are not as originally set, this was changed in the time of Jerome (347 AD. - 420 AD.). The 39 books of the Old testament were only 22 books (Example; Ezra & Nehemiah one book, Joshua & Judges, Samuel and Kings ('Books of the Kingdom'), the 12 Minor Prophets, etc. and the Jewish Epistles after Acts.

See https://jeffhertzog.net/blogarticles/bible-before-jerome.pdf for the article on this topic.

I believe that the God who inspired the Scriptures is powerful enough to preserve them in the manner in which He intended us to have them.

I believe the Original Manuscripts, which have been long gone; the most of them were written in Hebrew with some exceptions (Since the writers of Scripture were Jews and Hebrew was the Language of the First Century in Judea and Samaria.

I believe in the providential PRESERVATION of the true word of God as well as the providential INSPIRATION of the word of God and that the purpose of this is to preserve the infallibility of the inspired original text.

I believe that the providential preservation of the New Testament concentrated itself on the Greek text within the sphere of the Greek church through Antioch of Syria and that the text of the majority of manuscripts from this area is the providentially preserved and AUTHORIZED text.

All other versions such as RSV (1881), ASV (1901) NIV, NASV, NWT, NKJV, TLB, etc from the Westcott & Hort and Nestle-Aland Greek Texts as well as Hodges and Farstad Majority Text for the NKJV are all counterfeits of God's true Word!

God

I believe in God as revealed in the Bible and that He has created all things. I believe that God has revealed Himself in the Word of God, the Bible as well as one God revealed and manifested in 3 that bear record in Heaven as 1 God: God the Father, God (Jesus) the Son, and the God the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit). One God, eternal in being, identical in nature, equal in power and glory (all - powerful), everywhere present, knowing all things, unchangeable, perfect in holiness, in control of all things and having the same attributes and perfections, known as the Godhead (I do NOT use the term "Trinity" and also it is ONE God, not "3 Gods!).

The names of God: Elohim, Jehovah, Adonai
(Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Ephesians 4:4 - 6; Colossians 1:15 - 17; Colossians 2:9; 1 Timothy 2:5; 1 Peter 1:2; 1 John 5:7; Revelation 1:8;)

The Godhead

I believe in the Deity, unity, equality, and eternality of the Godhead: God the Father, God (Jesus) the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; John 1:14; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 1:1 - 3; 1 John 5:7 - 8); that these 3 are ONE God (1 John 5:7), having precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfections (Mark 12:29; Acts 5:3 - 4; Revelation 1:4 - 6); that He is worthy of precisely the same worship, homage, confidence, and obedience; that the Godhead is the One and only living and true God (Exodus 20:2 - 3; 1 Corinthians 8:6); that He is everlasting, immutable, of infinite power, wisdom, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth (Revelation 4:11); and that He is the Maker and Preserver of all things, both visible and invisible; subsisting one substance, power, and eternity (Genesis 1:1; John 1:3; Colossians 1:15 - 16).

Acts 17:29; Romans 1:20; Colossians 2:9

Virgin Birth & The Incarnation of Jesus Christ (Son, God Manifest in the Flesh)

I believe that the Son; (Hebrews 1:1) the Word (John 1:1) became a man (God manifest in the flesh, the Lord Jesus Christ) and dwelt among us. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit in the womb of the Virgin Mary (at the time when He was conceived by the Holy Spirit) and born into this world without a sinful nature. Through this birth He became the perfect God-Man in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful man. He died on the cross to make an atonement for our sins, was buried and rose from the dead after being buried 3 days and 3 nights. He ascended into Heaven bodily and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father.
(Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 1:27, 34-35; John 1:14;)

The Fall and Depravity of Man

I believe that man was created by God and that in his original state he was without sin and in fellowship with God. Satan initiated the temptation of man and brought him into disobedience to God. This act of sin resulted in the physical and spiritual death of man. Men are now born with a sinful nature and are in no way able to make themselves acceptable to a holy God. Due to the fact that he is void of spiritual life and unable to save himself, God had to provide a way of salvation for him.
I believe that God created man "in His own image" spirit, soul, and body, and that through temptation, he sinned, and became a fallen creature, "dead in trespasses and sins." I believe that every person born into the world inherits a fallen sin nature. (Genesis 1:26, Genesis 3, Romans 3:10, Romans 3:23, Romans 5:12-21, Ephesians 2:1-3, John 3:1-16, 1 Thessalonians 5:23)

Salvation

I believe that all men are sinners and in need of a Savior who can take away their sin and make them acceptable to God. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and as our substitute, was buried for 3 days and 3 nights and bodily rose from the dead for our justification and that He ascended and is now seated at the right hand of the Father as High Priest and Advocate. All who believe on Him as stated in 1 Corinthians 15:1 - 4 as their personal Savior are saved and receive the gift of eternal life. When the sinner believes from the heart, he is regenerated by God the Holy Spirit and is, therefore, born again. I believe that whosoever will may come to Christ for salvation; therefore, I reject the Un-Biblical teaching of Calvinism (5 Point Calvinism & Hyper Calvinism). I believe in the eternal security of the believer (Bible Position) and that once saved you are always saved. Therefore, I am opposed to the Arminian teaching that you can lose your salvation.
(1 Corinthians 15:1 - 4, Romans 10:9 - 13, Romans 3:22 - 26, Titus 3:5, John 3:3, John 10:28 - 29, Hebrews 1:3, John 3:16)

The Lord's Supper

I believe that the Communion of the Lord's Supper, as first done by the Lord Jesus Christ while on His earthly ministry and then revealed through Paul for the members of the Body of Christ as "till He comes" (1 Corinthians 11:23 - 26) is a memorial which the Body of Christ/(Universal) Church observes in remembrance of the Lord's death on the cross. I believe the cup signifies the blood which He shed on the cross for us. I believe the bread signifies His body which was broken for us. I believe that all saints (who have been born again/regenerated) should participate after examining themselves. No saint (born again/regenerated believer) should excuse himself/herself from partaking.

Creation

I reject the theory of Evolution as an unscientific system of religious belief. (Romans 1:20-25) I believe that God created all things by Jesus Christ (Ephesians 3:9, John 1:3) I believe in the literal creation account (6 Days!) of Genesis 1. I also reject the "Gap theory" as well as the "Day-age theory". The Bible teaching of creation lines up perfectly with the known laws of science, (things were good in the beginning, and get worse with age) whereas the theory of evolution goes against this established FACT of science by teaching that everything gets BETTER with time. This is not true of the natural world, and it is not true of the spiritual world either!

I reject the teaching that there was a flood prior to the 6 day creation to destroy an angelic kingdom from a fall of Lucifer. (Gap of time between Genesis 1:1 & 2); God created the heaven and earth, NOT recreated!

I believe the first day of earth (Day 1 of Creation) was October 1, 3761 B.C. and October 7, 3761 B.C. (Year AM 1 on the Jewish Calendar - Year of the Mundane Era) The date God created Adam and Eve (1 Timothy 4:1-3, 2 Timothy 3:1-7, & 4:3-4)

Dispensations

A proper understanding of the Bible requires "rightly dividing the word of truth". (2 Timothy 2:15) I believe in 8 Dispensations. (The word "dispensation" occurs in 1 Corinthians 9:17, Ephesians 1:10, 3:2, & Colossians 1:25) These dispensations are;

1. Innocence: The Garden of Eden. (Genesis 1:1-3:7)

2. Conscience

3. Human Government

4. Promise

5. Law: The Law of Moses and the Prophets until John the Baptist. (Matthew 11:13 & Luke 16:16)

6. Age of Grace; The Crucifixion (The Lord Jesus Christ) died & The Veil of the Temple was rent into two), until the Rapture of the New Testament Saints in Christ from His Death Until the Rapture. I beleive all Old Testament Saints from Adam until after His Resurrection (Matthew 27:52 - 53) xref with Ephesians 4:8 are in Heaven Now and those Old Testament Saints will accompany the Lord Jesus Christ (Jude 1:14) along with His Angels (Matthew 25:31, Revelation 19:14)

7. Time of Jacob's Trouble (Gap Period between the Rapture and Tribulation, this period could go up to 100 years!) (The Tribulation starts with the signing at Daniel 9:27) then the Tribulation itself as well as God's Wrath). In this time the Wars of Psalms 83, Ezekiel 38 and 39 then the 7 Year Tribulation with the signing at Daniel 9:27.

8. The 1000 Year Millennial Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ on this earth (Revelation 20:4-6) The Lord Jesus Christ will be visible to all on the earth! (Zechariah 12:10 & 13:1 - 6)

Abortion

Jeremiah 1:5 states that God knew the prophet Jeremiah BEFORE he was formed in his mother's womb. Psalm 127:3 says, "Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward." Babies are gifts from God, and ultimately belong to Him. I believe that the killing of a child in their mother's womb for ANY reason is murder.

I BELIEVE that human life begins at conception and the unborn child is a living human being. Abortion constitutes the unjustified, unexcused taking of unborn human life. Abortion is MURDER!

I reject any teaching that abortions of pregnancies due to rape, incest, birth defects, gender selection, birth or population control or the mental well-being of the mother are acceptable (Job 3:16; Psalms 51:5; 139:14 - 16; Isaiah 44:24; 49:1, 5; Jeremiah 1:5; 20:15 - 18; Luke 1:44).

I believe that life begins at conception and that abortion in any way for any reason is murder in the sight of God.

Speaking In Tongues (Pentecostal/Charismatic Movement)

I believe that the Pentecostal/Charismatic Movement constitutes a great threat to the purity of the Word and the purity of the church. Its claim to be the movement of the Holy Spirit is clearly refuted by its teachings and practices. The manner in which this unscriptural movement has gained an undeserved, unscriptural respectability to unwarranted and many apostate churches, which are part of the ecumenical movement, clearly reveals it to be an important catalyst in the formation of the one world, harlot church of the Beast/Anti-Christ.

I believe that the faith healers of today are unsound in doctrine and contrary to the teaching of the Word of God. I believe that the tongues movement otherwise known as the Pentecostal/Charismatic Movement is carried on in an unscriptural manner. The fact that it is engaged in by people of varying doctrinal beliefs and by people who are not saved stamps it as either Emotionalism or of the Devil.

I believe that the outward manifestations of the gifts of tongues and healing were sign gifts given from the day of Pentecost on to authenticate their message of offering Yeshua the Messiah (The Lord Jesus Christ, their King) and the Kingdom to Israel. Upon Israel's refusal to accept and believe, the Lord called the apostle Paul to preach the Gospel of God to all people. Also the completion of the New Testament proved that the sign gifts were no longer needed since the written Word was completed. Gradually the sign gifts disappeared as there is no need for them in the present dispensation of the Age of Grace where all believers are part of and in the body of Jesus Christ. (Acts 28:23-31; Ephesians 3:1-21; Ephesians 2:8-9, 11-12; 5:30-32; Colossians 1:13-14, 20-29; 2 Corinthians 12:6-10; Galatians 1:11-12; Colossians 2:8-15, 1 Corinthians 13:8-10)

Water Baptism and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

I believe that all believers are made members of the Body of Christ by One Divine BAPTISM, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at the moment of conversion (1 Corinthians 12:13), by which also they are identified with the Lord Jesus Christ in His death, burial and resurrection (Romans 6:3,4). In light of 1 Corinthians 1:17, Ephesians 4:5, and Colossians 2:12, I affirm that water baptism has NO place in God's spiritual program for the Body of Christ in this dispensation of the Age of Grace.

Future Events - the Rapture of the New Testament Saints

I believe in the personal, bodily, pre-tribulational/time of Jacob's Trouble, pre-millennial, and literal physical return of the Lord Jesus Christ from Heaven, who will be met in the air by the following:
I believe that all saints/believers from the Lord Jesus Christ's Death until the event known as the "Rapture" are in Christ, (you either are in Christ or you are heading to the Lake of Fire!) all saints/believers from Christ's Death until the very last one who becomes saved will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air: The Dead in Christ shall rise first then the remaining alive saints will come up in the Rapture to ever be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:14 - 18) It is unscriptual to teach "an imminent return" These Raptured Saints will be seated in the heavenlies (Ephesians 2:6) and will sit in the angel's places as they will accompany the Lord Jesus Christ back to Earth.

Old Testament Saints: I beleive all Old Testament Saints from Adam until after The Lord Jesus Christ's Resurrection (Matthew 27:52 - 53) xref with Ephesians 4:8. rose from the dead went to Heaven with the Lord Jesus Christ and they will accompaning the Lord Jesus Christ at His Coming (Jude 1:14) while the New Testament Saints/Body of Christ are and will be seated in the heavenly places in Jesus Christ.

The Intermediate State

I believe that the spirits of the saved at death go to be with the Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven. They will return with Him at the Rapture of the Saints and will be united with their resurrected bodies at that time.

I believe that the spirits of the lost at death go to Hell where they are in conscious suffering until the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20). At that time they will be united with their resurrected bodies, judged, and cast into the eternal Lake of Fire.

2 Corinthians 5:8, 1 Thessalonians 4:14, Luke 16:19 - 31; Revelation 20:11 - 15)

The Saints AFTER the Rapture during the Time of Jacob's Trouble (Tribulation) who die/get martyred will be in the First Resurrection at the end of the Tribulation, right before the Lord Jesus Christ sets up His 1000 Year Kingdom

Revelation 20:4 - 6

The Devil, known as Satan, Lucifer, Beelzebub

I believe that Satan is literal and personal, the agent of the Fall, the prince and power of this world, and that he will be judged and eternally punished in the Lake of Fire.

(Ephesians 2:2, 3; Revelation 20:1 - 10)
